Shipping Policy for Aquarium Products

At PVS Aquatics, we strive to deliver high-quality aquarium products quickly and reliably to our customers. Here is our shipping policy to ensure that all purchases arrive safely and on time:

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation.

• Special Orders: Some specialized or customized items may require additional processing time, usually indicated on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days, available for most products.

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, available on request and for an additional fee.

• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day shipping within select zip codes. Additional charges may apply.

• Live Fish & Plants: These are shipped only Monday through Wednesday to prevent weekend delays. Typically, we use expedited services to minimize transit time.

3. Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: Orders over Rs.5000 qualify for free standard shipping within tamil nadu

• Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under 5000 will incur a flat shipping rate of Rs.250

• Oversized Items: Larger items such as tanks and stands may require additional handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Packaging & Shipping of Fragile Items

• Protective Packaging: All glass and fragile items are carefully packaged to prevent damage.

• Temperature-Controlled Shipping: For live fish and certain plants, we use temperature-controlled packaging and, if necessary, heat packs during colder months.

5. International Shipping

• We currently ship only within India

6. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/Whatsapp.

7. Delivery Issues and Returns

• Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours with photos/videos of the damage. We will replace the item or offer a refund where applicable.

• Non-Delivery Claims: If an order does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• Returns: Live items such as fish and plants are non-returnable. For all other items, our standard return policy applies.
